Rev. Alice (she/her) brings warmth, sincerity, and positive energy to her loving role as a DC area wedding officiant. She's also a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Counselor, and author of 23 books on topics from self-care for busy people, healing, and inspirational poetry, including her wedding couple’s favorite book, A Moment for Us: Care for Busy Couples - 101 free ways for couples to share more love, caring, and togetherness in 30 seconds.
Alice is an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery College, and has her Ph.D. from the University of Sedona. She has a Master’s Degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science, and joyfully officiates weddings for couples of any spiritual belief or orientation. She became a wedding officiant on the day that same-sex marriage became legal in the US in order to actively support that ruling.
Alice’s passion for energy healing and her writing skills help her create unique and personal wedding ceremonies that fit every couple. Her down-to-earth personality and honest love for her work shine through in every wedding.
Alice lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with her husband and they enjoy spending time with their four children and many pets. She’s licensed to officiate weddings in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, West Virginia and Ohio.
