Cindy Malament truly enjoys helping couples begin their marriage journey in the most positive way. Through her background in law, teaching and public speaking, she has worked with couples of all kinds to both get - and keep - true happiness in marriage. She strongly believes that two people in love, no matter their race, faith, ability or sexual identity, should have the right to marry and start out with a positive and loving ceremony. These feelings have led her to making sure that every ceremony she performs is unique to the couple, incorporating their personalities and expressed wishes.
After a full career in the Washington, DC area, Cindy relocated to Ocean City, Maryland and continued working with families as an attorney in the field of estate planning - teaching that subject at Salisbury University, and giving estate planning seminars throughout the country. After several years, she decided to change careers - becoming a professional officiant was the perfect way to use her experiences in a very positive manner.
When not officiating weddings, Cindy enjoys working with diverse local charitable organizations to assist with their events, as well as enjoying the beauty of beach living and all the amazing outdoor activities available in the Delmarva area.
