Rev. Amy is an articulate and thoughtful professional wedding officiant who welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with you on your unique marriage ceremony. She has a radiant presence that immediately makes couples feel engaged and comfortable.
Amy is inclusive and supports ALL loving couples. Her ceremonies reflect each couple in a unique and personalized way. She loves to incorporate each couple’s unique love story as well as sharing aspects of the joy that a life united brings.
A resident of Pittsburgh, Amy is an Associate Professor of voice and speech at The Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University and serves as a resident teaching artist at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. A graduate of Harvard University’s A.R.T. Institute, Amy is a classically trained actor who has performed in many of the country’s leading regional theaters, as well as Pittsburgh’s renowned Public Theater and Playhouse REP Company. Her top vocal training and excellent speech skills have been employed in numerous voice-overs for radio, television and film and allow her to facilitate any text at any gathering with clarity and intention.
She continues to be inspired by her late mother whose life was dedicated to ministry as an educator and musician, always in the service of others.
When not teaching, performing or officiating, Amy enjoys reading historical fiction, gourmet cooking and catching up with her beautiful son, Tristan who lives in suburban New Jersey.
