You simply let us know your preferred date, time, and location and we will schedule your legal license signing appointment to have your marriage license signed by a legally authorized officiant. While we sign the marriage license as part of all our other packages, this is an option for a stand-alone service for those who do not wish to have a ceremony. You simply obtain your marriage license, and your officiant will meet you at your specified location to ask you the required legal questions and sign your paperwork. There is also an online option where we can assist you in obtaining the proper marriage license so that you can get your marriage license online and be asked the legally required questions via Zoom – giving you complete flexibility and the convenience of marrying online, from anywhere in the world. You can expect the signing process to take approximately 5 minutes.

Once you book your Legal License Signing Package, we will ensure that we have one of our professional officiants reserved for your wedding date. On the day of your legal marriage, our officiant will arrive just a few minutes before your appointment time. You simply bring the required marriage license for the officiant to sign. Your officiant will then ask you the required legal questions and sign your marriage license.
Our officiants are all experienced professionals who are legally authorized to perform marriages in the areas they serve. After your marriage license has been signed, your officiant will submit any necessary licenses and forms to the appropriate city or county office.

Get A Quote
Once you click the “Get A Quote” button we will email you with an exact price quote for your ceremony. Most couples pay our “Starts at” price – which you can find by entering your location on our PRICING page – but any additional fees for mileage, holidays, or for a particular officiant will be included in the price quote we send to you.
When you are ready to book, you’ll sign a digital contract and submit full payment to reserve your date. We’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details to prepare for your legal marriage appointment. If you choose to book our Online legal signing option, we will then provide you with the next steps required to assist you in getting the proper marriage license, completely online. If you have chosen to meet your officiant in person to sign a physical marriage license, you will be required to obtain the marriage license for the city/county where the legal signing will take place. You will simply need to bring your valid marriage license to your marriage license signing appointment.
